Title of the piece is "Don't Forget..." and continues on in the description :"that we are always friends wherever you are. forever." Which i found to be a nice description.
The art style is the same as manga (which will be seen on my blog a lot). The way its been done makes it look and feel like a photograph, down to the scribbled date on the top-right. This gives a nostalgic feel to it but the colours are a tad too vibrant for that feel.
